A case of prosthetic treatment was presented of the female patient with full upper arch fixed restorations form 16 to 26 opposing edentulous mandible. The patient experienced long-term adaptation difficulties of the complete lower denture and was not able to adjust to incorrectly designed previous dentures due to lack of their stabilization on the prosthetic field and consequent speech difficulties. The treatment consisted of the initial correction of the currently used lower denture followed by manufacturing of a new prosthesis according to Wrocław method of edentulous patient rehabilitation. Thorough examination and appropriate treatment method selection led to a positive therapeutic outcome.
