Patient satisfaction and monitoring play a key role in assessing the quality of dental services. One of the elements of successful treatment is the patient's satisfaction with the service provided, the assessment of factors affecting satisfaction, as well as the selection of the right tool to measure it. The aim of the work is to draw attention to: the growing patient awareness of dental services provided, factors affecting satisfaction, as well as the management of healthcare entities taking actions to ensure the quality of dental services. Patient awareness is increasing in relation to the quality of dental services in relation to the observance of their rights as a patient, as well as increasingly important are the skills of proper communication between the patient and medical staff. Patients expect the information provided for them in a comprehensible and legible way.
