Fraza do cytowania: Kuszczak T., Dyba J., Gryniewicz K. Selected methods of surgical treatment of multiple gingival recessions – case descriptions. Dental Forum. 2015;XLIII(2):111–114. Gingival recession is a frequent phenomenon within an oral cavity marked by an apical migration of a gingival margin marked from a cement‑enamel junction. Esthetic considerations and the dentin sensitivity of an exposed root are the main reasons why patients visit a periodontologist. Our clinical case presentation encompasses two scenarios of multiple recession coverage in which a free gingival graft (FGG) along with subepithelial connective tissue graft (SCTG) were utilized. In our third case, recession coverage was attained through the Zucchelli method. The choice of clinical treatment method ought to depend on the etiology, class and location of recession as well as the treatment outcome which the periodontologist desires to obtain.
Key words: recession, recession coverage, tissue graft, periodontium.
