The study shows two cases of horizontal fracture of the roots of upper central incisors and their treatment that was carried out a few years after the injury. The main clinical procedures after clinical examination and X‑ray procedure were presented. Two‑year observation of the results of the conservative treatment was enclosed and shows that even if the treatment was taken only after the occurrence of the pain complaint, the treatment of the roots fracture is a chance to avoid surgical interference.
