In the case of few remaining teeth and difficult denture foundation area overdentures can be one of a solution for functional and cosmetic prosthetic restoration. The type of overdenture attachments depends on quality and location retained teeth and requires from a patient high hygiene and systematic dental check‑ups. The article shows the prostetic restoration with using of Rhein 83 attachments system.
